“I was so apprehensive to put our loved one into a Memory Care Facility. We visited several, but one visit to Aravilla Memory Care Facility immediately eased my fears. From the moment we drove up to the gorgeous building which looks like a mansion and entered the friendly, brightly lit lobby and main activity area I was sold. Beginning with the lovely receptionists, Barbara, Renee and Tracey the personnel have been amazing. Traci, the Marketing Director along with Arielle, made us feel right at home and easily answered all our questions. She provided a tour of the facility and I loved the entrance to the residents private rooms which looks like a front porch complete with rockers and white picket fence. The resident’s rooms are large and airy, filled with light and each has a beautiful private bathroom. Everyone we met that day was friendly and smiles were abundant. Once we moved our loved one into her new home at Aravilla, we experienced all the lovely amenities. It has been an amazing experience so far. The activities and entertainment are top notch and it’s an everyday occurrence to see the staff dancing with the residents during the two concerts they have each day. The Medical Director, Scott, was quick to answer questions and took care of our loved one’s navigational watch enabling the staff to know where each resident is at any time of the day.
