A Monthly Look Inside Aravilla Clearwater
Happy Thanksgiving!
Hello, November! As we welcome this new month, we embrace a season filled with meaningful traditions, appreciation, and cherished moments together. This month, we honor the beloved American celebration of Thanksgiving—a special opportunity to pause and appreciate the blessings that surround us.
President Washington issued the nation’s first Thanksgiving proclamation, while President Lincoln established Thanksgiving as a national holiday, observed on the final Thursday of November. Congress later designated the fourth Thursday of November. To mark this special occasion, we warmly invite you to join us for our Thanksgiving Meal on November 26th at 12:00pm. A delicious selection of favorite dishes will be served. Live music will follow at 2:00pm. Please RSVP with Reception by Tuesday, November 17th. We look forward to gathering together, sharing gratitude, and creating memories to treasure.

Making Music and Memories!
Museum Visits!
The Activities Department had the pleasure of taking residents to explore some of the hidden treasures in our county, including the Beatles Museum. Walking through this nostalgic attraction brough back cherished memories as the Beatles music filled the air allowing everyone to relive the excitement and Beatlemania of that unforgettable era. For our automobile enthusiasts and residents interested in the history of American transportation, the staff took the group to The Collection on Palmetto. Residents enjoyed a guided tour showcasing some of the earliest automobiles in the United States while discovering how vehicles have evolved over the decades. Many were especially surprised to see one of the first electric cars on display. These memorable outings sparked conversations long after the trips had ended and created lasting memories for everyone who attended.

She attended the University of Texas, majoring in Advertising, and later studied clothing design and textiles at the Traphagen School of Design in New York. Pamella enjoyed a 28-year career in the airline industry, beginning as a flight attendant and later working in airline uniform design, manufacturing, and purchasing. She held management positions with American Airlines and United Airlines before retiring in 1998.
Family is very important to Pamella. She is a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grand mother, affectionately known as “Gramma Pamma.” She loves traveling, especially visiting Europe particularly Venice, Italy, and enjoys art, drawing, design, baton twirling, and schnauzers.
